The Mill Circuit Sever Duty Slurry Pump series is particularly designed for the most aggressive applications like ball and Sag Mill cyclone feed, dredging and all coarse sand slurries and other harsh working conditions.

The INDUX Slurry Pump are designed to pump highly concentrated slurries and slurries containing large particles which standard slurry pumps cannot deal with effectively. Making use of hard metal impellers & liners or hard metal Impellers combined with elastomer liners are optional in achieving maximum wear life whilst ensuring reduced maintenance costs.

Excellent wear resistance and durability

The thickened housing, heavy-duty bearing assembly and rib design can withstand long-term wear of high impact and high solid content (such as ore particles).

High-efficiency hydraulic design

The impeller and pump body geometry are optimized for the high-concentration and high-density slurry characteristics of the mill circuit to ensure stable conveying efficiency. Adapt to flow and pressure fluctuations and maintain efficient operation in different process links such as grinding, classification, and flotation.

Maintenance convenience

Key components (such as bearing assemblies and sealing systems) can be quickly disassembled and assembled to reduce downtime. By adjusting the gap between the impeller and the guard plate, the efficiency loss caused by wear is compensated and the maintenance cycle is extended.

Seal reliability

Provide mechanical seals, packing seals or combined seals to adapt to media with different pH, temperature and particle characteristics. Optional flushing water system can prevent particles from entering the sealing surface and increase the seal life.
