Product Structure
Four-Sided Sealed Shell VIP features a novel shell-type, four-side-sealed vacuum insulation panel structure, composed of a rigid base shell and high-barrier film. The rigid base shell is formed through hot stamping, with controlled corner deformation and a highly regulated manufacturing process. The sealing edge is formed on one side of the product, ensuring a regular and flat appearance. The product can be pre-designed with slots, holes, and other customizations, with dimensions tailored to the VIP core material, eliminating the issue of uneven edges found in traditional bag-type VIPs.
