| VIR is an electromechanical, compact, self-cooled, intensive-use barrier, suitable for enclosing private areas and parking spaces. It features electromechanical adjustable end-of-stroke devices, a thermal sensor activating a cooling fan, and a quick release control to be activated in case of emergency by means of a personalised key. This barrier is available in 2 versions: VIR 30 having a maximum bar length of 3 metres and opening time of 4 seconds, and VIR 50 having a maximum bar length of 5 metres and opening time of 8 seconds. The VIR 30 barriers can incorporate electric edges, and the VIR 50 version also fences. In any case, the bar length must be reduced by 1 metre. Special versions are suitable for the use of a metal mass detector. The barrier guarantees a reliable efficient safety system: the use of an electric edge provides impact reaction with stop and reverse movement. |
