Fundamentals: PC Base Control
This module provide participants with the knowledge and fundamental of PC-based Control System Technology and EtherCAT Technology. The PC-based control will be based on TwinCAT PLC. Participant will be equipped with hands-on skill on top of theory and technology concepts. This module will certify the participant with the capability to develop and deploy a PC-based control system.

- Introduction to PC-Base Control System
- EtherCAT Technology Overview
- IEC 61131-3 Standard Overview
- PLC Software Programming Hands On
- Sequence programming, Logic programming, and Timing Programming
- Configuring hardware IO with PLC controller
- Human Machine Interface Development and Concept
Duration: 3 days
Participant that attends the Fundamental PC-Base Control training can choose an introduction to our optional advance modules:
Motion:
- Configuring motor and motion profile.
- Motor axis control.
Condition Monitoring
- Setting up sensors for environment setting.
- Learn to scale and convert value according to the hardware.
SCADA
- Connect Human Machine Interface with PLC program.
Connectivity and Protocols
- Learn about other protocol such as MODBUS, EtherNET, ADS.
