Horizontal Form Fill & Seal machine

Compact and economical Horizontal Form Fill & Seal machine for producing 3- or 4-sided-seal sachets for a variety of single-serve product applications. The machine can be integrated with a variety of fillers to handle powders, granules, liquids or multi-component fill applications. This medium-sized machine can be used in both simplex (H-130 S) or duplex (H-130 D) operation. When set for duplex it produces two sachets for each machine stroke with a capacity of up to 200 sachets a minute. Main applications are for twin or stringed sachets which may contain identical or different products, ie coffee-milk, sugar-salt, ketchup-mayonnaise, etc Another wide extended use of this machine is in the cosmetic industry for creams, lotions or refreshing towelettes. Different types of fillers can be used according to the characteristics of the product.
