1. By Using Kamiuchi Rope Hoist as Main Hoist. Made In Japan.JIS C9620 Standard. 2. Having 4 Step Safety Factor. a) Safe Mechanism (To prevent cage fall down)
b) Mechanical Interlock (To prevent door open during operating)
c) Electrical Interlock (To stop operate if door open)
d) Emergency Switch (To stop operate manually)
3. Approve by JKKP.( Jabatan Kesihatan Dan Keselamatam Perkerja) ,will provide PMA Number after job done.
4. Rated Load Range From 200- 2500 Kg. 5. Cage sizes from L 6’ x W6’ x H 6 ½’ and above.
6. By using I Beam as support and traveling beam.
7. By using PLC control chip board.
8. Each floor having external control box with mushroom head emergency push button. DRO ( Digital Read Out) are available too.
