Parts Cleaning Machine

Kärcher has developed a range of tough, versatile and environmentally industrial parts cleaners to cope with the wide variety of components, parts and tools that need to be cleaned within this type of industry. With a fully automatic cleaning cycle, the PC 60/115 T saves time and money, whilst guaranteeing superb results every time. The parts are simply placed on an electrically driven turn table, which then rotates at a constant speed. The intensive cleaning action is achieved using water based cleaning agents which remove grease, oils and other contamination effortlessly. Excess oil is then removed automatically from the solution via the integrated oil separator, giving the cleaning agent a longer cleaning life. The cleaning agent consists of 95 - 99% water and 1 - 5% alkaline agent.
