Profiles Wrapping

Decorative frames, shelves, PVC windows or office partitions are typically produced by wrapping any profiles of any material with decorative wrapping material like paper, impregnated paper (CPL), veneer or PVC. The core consists typically of MDF-profiles, solid wood, PVC, chipboard profiles or aluminium.

The adhesives used are EVA, APAO or reactive PUR hotmelts. Robatech is supporting the profile wrapping application with the FKW-Slot Nozzle series featuring adjustable width adjustment. We assist and support you in case of a retro-fit roll system with a slot die.
