Z-screw
Fast and Easy Thermal Control Facilitates the Disposal of Waste Heat
The waste heat temperature is reduced to only one-seventh of that in a conventional oil-free air compressor. This promises the ready disposal of waste heat at sufficiently low temperatures. The water-lubricated ZU air compressor runs at about 45°C without the use of oil.
Twin screw (double-stage compression)
Equipped with an over-drive gear.
Requires a cooling lubricant.
Oil mist remover required.
With the conventional dry type (oil free), the temperature climbs to as high as about 300°C.
