Block brush, or commonly known as staple set brush, consists a solid base with rows of tufts. A staple set flat brush is made whereby bristle is forced into a flat surface and trimmed to length.
These block brushes can be in a large piece or can be sized into smaller pieces and put together. Having multiple smaller size block brushes offer you the benefit to easily replace them as needed.
Depending on your machine bed layout and size, we can customize the base and cut to any size that best fill your machine bed. The bed brush above was assembled with 5 blocks of flat brush, using PVC base with nylon bristle.
