GCK series AC low voltage withdrawable switchgear

 GCK series electromotor control center is mainly composed with some combined control unit and other function unit. These units are installed in a close metal cabinet in overlap way, every cabinet is connected with horizontal bus bar which is set on the top of cabinet, while the control functions in one cabinet are parallel connected in the vertical bus bar. The cabinet is divided into four isolated areas of horizontal bus area, vertical bus bar area, cable areas and equipment installation areas. Every function unit is installed in itself room, when accident occur in any one function unit, it can’t affect other units, and can prevent expansion of the accident. 

The product conforms to ZBK36001-89 “Low Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear Assemblies”, the protection grade is IP40 which complies with IEC114 requirement, the relevant protection level can be achieved under every condition, thus it can ensure personal safety.

The product has complete and reliable grounding system and protection circuit, all function units can break short-circuit current according performance requirements, incoming unit has three sections protective characteristics. So it can ensure the reliability of power supply and the safety of equipments and systems.

All the function units can be connected with PC line board (PLC) or microcomputer through interface access. They are used for performance units of automatic control system. We can also provide other function unit and combination according to customers needs.
