Performance in a Compact Indoor Package.The 2nd generation of BelAir’s popular indoor access point family, the BelAir 20E adds standards based beam forming, five (5) Gigabit Ethernet ports, one (1) WAN port with PoE, four (4) LAN ports, integrated antennas and a fully 802.11n compliant (802.11n-2009) radio to a growing range of value-priced, high capacity indoor access products.

Design approach
With 2 transmit and 2 receive chains that support 2 spatial streams, the BelAir 20E can delivers up to 600 Mbps in a dual radio configuration, with standards based beam forming. The BelAir 20E is optimized for managed Hot Spot applications, with four (4) LAN ports for wired connectivity of sub tended Access Points, or wireless connectivity leveraging BelAir Networks state-of-the art mesh networking. So that WAN connected Access Points can be located anywhere in the retailer`s location, PoE-fed inputs are also supported. Plug and play architecture means that the BelAir 20E “phones home” for its configuration, then using Edge Policy Enforcement to support centralized control. As a result of these features, Service providers can now supply hosted authentication and seamless integration functionality into their existing hotspots.
