b. Upper and lower corrugated roller, pressure roller, pre-heater roller are through by air cylinder. Set up steam recovery system.
c. Oil immersed type gear box driven directs the lower fluting roller, pressure roller, glue roller and doctor roller performed by steam. Single drive mechanism to avoid glue sticking to roll surface when stopping.
d. The motion of the upper corrugated roller, pressure roller and glue roller are operated by the hydraulic cylinder. Set up a hydraulic unit control.
e.Designed by fingerless with a vacuum blower by positive pressure to keep fluting profile then glue.
f. The single facer to use cassette quick change flute profile and change cassette within 20 minutes, the steam joints and drive clutch also adopted quick change device in order to saving the time to change flute and machine stop.
