Zhongneng series ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier plant/ oil Filtration/ oil purification/ oil treatment/ oil recondition is designed for the following application:
I. Series ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier machine is mainly used for purifying the insulating oil, transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on.
II. Series ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machine working vacuum value highly, so it can remove the water, gas and impurities in transformer oil high-efficiently, increasing and maintain the oil's dielectric strength higher, make sure the electric device running safely.
III. Degassing, dehydration and filtering impurities of transformer oil
IV. Remove acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration
V. It can vacuum filling oil to transformer, vacuum dry transformer and online operation transformer .
VI. The standard ZYD system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers).
VII. The oil technical data after Series ZYD oil purifier machine treatment:
1. Gas content less than 0.1%
2. Impurity size less than 1μm without free carbon
3. Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) more than 75KV
4. Acidity value less than 0.01 mgKOH/g
5. Dielectric loss factors at 90℃ less than 0.001
Our Zhong Neng Series ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier machine adopt below three safety interlocks in our machine:
1) A trinity of interlocked preventive device.
This device interlocking with oil vacuum pump, oil pump and heater together. It is able to automatically lock the oil purifier machine when the vacuum pump, oil pump or heater whatever any part have problem, it can completely avoid oil purifier burn without oil, or oil running out or leakage of electricity. So it can protect the oil purifier operate safety under any circumstance.
2) Pressure protection device.
Our oil purifier machine have pressure protection device. Generally, the working pressure is less than 0.3Mpa. When pressure is more than 0.3Mpa, the machine will stop work automatically. it means the filters need cleaning or replace.
3) Our machine adopt Phase protection device.
