Typical Prosperities and application:
HY-923 is an injection molding liquid silicone rubber for Baby care products such as Baby nipples, pacifier, toothbrush and other food grade injection products. They are elastomer cured under high temperature, has the following excellent properties:
1>High transparency
2>Excellent tear Strength (>3.5KN/m)
3>Good resilience
4>Good heat stability and weatherability(temperature resistant range from -60℃ to 250℃)
5>Anti-yellowing
6>Heat-ageing resistance
7>Comply with USA CFR21.Part.177.2600 and Chapter 4.9 Test Standards for Volatile Compound of EN14350-2 and EU RoHS Standard
Specific usage:
HY-923 with 40~80 shore A is suitable for making Pacifiers/nipples for Babies whose age is from 1 month to 1-year-old
Curing Condition:
After Mixed A with B according to mixing ratio of 1:1,
150mm X 150mm X 2mm, mould will be formed in 7minutes under temperatuer of 150 ℃
Package: The general packages of HY-923 are 20kg or 200kg per barrel.
Notice:
After the component A and component B are mixed under the temperature of 20 ℃, the effective operating time is 5 days in sealing status, The effective operating time will shorten in case of rising temperature.
The viscosity, hardness and appearance/color of above products can be adjusted according to customer's specific requirements
