油水分離機可應用在發電機、鋼鐵廠、紙業等重工業及五金鑄造、精密模具、緊顧件、熱處理等輕工業。能夠有效去除油中之水，可以使油中的水含量降到100PPM以下，降低油品的消耗，減少廢棄油的處理斐用，也可以使油品質提高，可維持設備的高效能且長時間運轉。減少設備維修次數，延長設備使用年限。
