Fundamentals: PC Base Control

This module provide participants with the knowledge and fundamental of PC-based Control System Technology and EtherCAT  Technology. The PC-based control will be based on TwinCAT PLC. Participant will be equipped with hands-on skill on top of theory and technology concepts. This module will certify the participant with the capability to develop and deploy a PC-based control system.

• Introduction to Industrial Automation
• Introduction to PC-Base Control System
• EtherCAT Technology Overview
• IEC 61131-3 Standard Overview
• PLC Software Programming Hands On
• Sequence programming, Logic programming, and Timing Programming
• Configuring hardware IO with PLC controller
• Human Machine Interface Development and Concept

Duration:  3 days

Participant that attends the Fundamental PC-Base Control training can choose an introduction to our optional advance modules:

Motion:

• Configuring motor and motion profile.
• Motor axis control.

Condition Monitoring

• Setting up sensors for environment setting.
• Learn to scale and convert value according to the hardware.

SCADA

• Connect Human Machine Interface with PLC program.

Connectivity and Protocols

• Learn about other protocol such as MODBUS, EtherNET, ADS.

Basic knowledge on programming.
