Product Description
Working process: Place the cells in the feed belt, and send the cells to the code -scanning detection position. The transplantation clamp is placed in a different section channel according to the test results. Save the line data and grading levels; the data is stored in the local system. (The picture product is a square case cell, the actual design is designed according to the cylindrical cell)
Multi -axis motion system
1. The desktop dual Y four -axis robot has the characteristics of high precision, high rigidity, and compact structural design. It can be used to enter the motor/servo motor to flexibly choose the single -level semi -automatic processing according to different needs to achieve the best cost -effectiveness.
2. DC step motor
Itinerary X: 600mm, Y1: 400mm, Y2: 400mm, Z: 100mm (Z -axis uses brake motors, screws)
3. Movement range of one -work level: 300mm*350mm*100mm
