Features:

Leflow’s U-type flange butterfly valve includes several types:
The body can be made of GG25, GGG50,WCB,CF8,CF8M,Aluminium-bronze and so on; Split body type is also available.
Flange hole can be ANSI 150/PN10/PN16/JIS 5K/JIS10K;
Disc type: Through shaft with pin, Through shaft without pin and stubbed Shaft;
Disc Material:DI+Nickle/CF8/CF8M/Aluminium Bronze/DI+PTFE
Seat Material: NBR/EPDM/PTFE?VITON
Stem material: SS410/SS416/SS420/SS304/SS316

The center line butterfly valve controls the flow by turning the gear or hand wheel to make the valve disc perpendicular to the direction of the fluid.
It is mainly suitable for the control of liquid, gas and gas-liquid mixture under ordinary working conditions.

The characteristics of middle line butterfly valve:
1.Various disc and Seat materials can be used in different application.
2.Compact dimensions offers the advantages of lightweight, easy installation and cost effectiveness.
3.Head loss is at minimum level through the double shaft design
4.The outer surfaces of valve body are coated with fusion bonded epoxy.
