Product Description
The Bell Prover, a primary standard gas calibration system, is used to accurately measure a displaced volume of any non-hazardous gas at a constant pressure over time so that precise flow rate measurement can be performed.
Automatic control functions include lifting and lowering of the bell jar, automatic opening and closing of the bell jar inlet and outlet valves, automatic switching of flow rate points valves, and automatic system leak detection, all enhancing detection efficiency.
Through the technology of rotary optical encoders or linear grating rulers, Gas Meter Test Bench of the bell jar volume is achieved, avoiding manual reading errors and enhancing system accuracy.
Gear ratio matching: Utilizing a dynamic image processor to detect the volume of the gas meter's rotating body, automatically selecting the optimal gear ratio adjustment.
Sampling method: Utilizing a dynamic image processor for automatic sampling of the meter reading wheel on the gas meter, enabling dynamic measurement.
Meter number input: Utilizing a wireless laser barcode scanner for automatic scanning input of the factory serial number of the gas meter (keyboard input is also available).
