Pressed Square Waler Plate Washer Plate
Waler plates are used for timber or steel walings in conjuction with a wing nut or a hex nut for load transfer. The embossing of the plate increases its rigidity. Load capacity depends on the contract area, the admissible bearing pressure and the threadbar that is used.
Both the flat waler plate and the ribbed waler plate are available. Various sizes can be done according to requirement.
For example, waler plate for D15 tie rod is used in conjuction with 15mm tie rod/tie bar, 22mm plastic sleeve tube, plastic cone 22mm and wing nuts. These components complete the tie rod formwork system.
