Detailed Description

Calibration Gas, Mixture Gas

Product Description

standards are manufactured using advanced weight and volume tools, scales and high sensitivity instruments. Multiple cylinder sizes are also available to meet customer specific content requirements.

The precise manufacture of calibration gas mixtures involves many critical steps, including consideration of chemical feedstock purity as well as detailed impurity characterization; phase behavior calculations for calibration gas mixtures; precise mixing; and finally, independent confirmation of the analysis of the final calibration gas mixture.

Mixed gas means that the mixed gas is any combination of two or more components and a diversified product developed specifically for the application of a specific industry. A mixture of several gases is a commonly used working fluid in engineering. Mixed gases are usually studied as ideal gases. The nature of the mixed gas depends on the type and composition of the constituent gas.

There are three ways to express the composition of the mixed gas: 1. Volume composition: the ratio of the sub-volume of the composition gas to the total volume of the mixed gas; 2. Mass composition: the ratio of the mass of the composition gas to the total mass of the mixed gas; 3. Moles Composition: Mole is the unit of measure for a substance. Mixed gases of different components are used in different industries, such as food mixed gas to replace the original air in the package with protective mixed gas, which can extend the shelf life of packaged food.
