The Cast Steel Globe Valves are engineered to maintain a VOC (volatile organic compounds) leakage rate of under 100 ppm. Through comprehensive baseline laboratory testing, which includes both static and cycle tests, we've determined the essential design parameters for achieving low-emission sealing in the stem packing and bonnet gasket areas. To ensure consistency, we've established an in-house testing procedure that's regularly carried out. This guarantees that our valves meet the 100 ppm VOC leakage standard before they leave our facility.
