Detailed Description

S650 two-component silicone sealant for insulating glass is a two-component, neutral curing silicone sealant, the formula design makes it have high modulus and high strength to meet the needs of insulating glass assembly. In addition to the excellent weatherability, high and low temperature resistance, and good bonding properties of ordinary silicone sealants, it also features low air permeability.

Product Characteristics

1. Two-component design: adjustable curing speed, fast deep curing.

2. Neutral curing: no corrosive effect on metal, coated glass and other building materials.

3. High modulus, high strength: provides good structural support and adhesion.

4. Low air permeability: reduces water vapour and gas permeation.

5. Environmental properties: no irritating or unpleasant odour.

6. Climate Resistance: Excellent aging, UV, ozone and water resistance.

7. High and low temperature resistance: after curing, it remains stable from -50℃ to 150℃, without brittleness or softening, and its strength and elasticity remain good.

8. Compatibility: good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealant.

Silicone sealant is a versatile sealing material based on silicone, widely used in industries such as construction, automotive, electronics, and others that require weather resistance and long-term stability. Known for its excellent bonding capabilities, it also serves effectively as an adhesive glue.
