PanBox welded plate heat exchanger consists of a laser welded plate pack with optimized corrugated plates all welded together. The plates are available in stainless steel, Titanium and other pressable and weldable metals. Two frame plates hold the plate pack by tightening rods and nuts to make it being able to withhold high operation pressure, at the same time with flexibility during cycling load.
A patent of openable design on one side brings customers convenience to open for inspection and service. With no interplate gaskets, problems associated with conventional gasketed plate heat exchangers, such as gasket compatibility, temperature and pressure , are eliminated.
Fully welded plate heat exchanger consists of multiple corrugated metal plates welded together to form sealed flow channels for hot and cold fluids. The welded construction provides excellent mechanical strength and sealing integrity, making it suitable for processes where reliability and safety are critical.
