All employees are aware of the global environmental protection activities and maintain the environmental management system and engage in continual improvement activities through joint efforts.
Top-A clearly identifies and complies with legal requirements such as law / regulations, regional-ordinances, agreements to be observed and other requirements accepted by the company.
As a result of having identified the outstanding environmental issues ot our company, key priority has been given to the following activities.
1) Pollution prevention through control and monitoring of discharge to the environment and minimize waste generation.
2) Compliance with the laws and regulations in each country and use requirements for controlling hazardous chemical substances in products and materials.
3) Effective use of material resources by improving in-process yield rates.
Management will periodically review these activities by setting objectives and targets.
The environment management system documents and their usage will be communicated to all employees through educational programs.
Top-A environmental policy will be disclosed to the general public.
