Why silicone rubber mold just can be reproduced for a few times?
Three factors can lead to such a problem:
1. Adding too much silicone oil into the mold making silicone rubber, for silicone oil is an additive which destroies the molecular weight of mold making silicone rubber and reduce the tesion and tear strength;
2. Using the mold making silicone rubber with a low hardness to make molds for small-size products in delicate and intricate designs, or the mold making silicone rubber with a low hardness to make molds for large-size products in simple designs;
3. Putting the mold making silicone rubber molds into mass reproduction within 24 hours. In most cases, we advise our customers mass reproduction with silicone rubber molds in 24 hours, because the performance of mold making silicone rubber can be stable in 24 hours.
