Changeover by just press keys on touch screen: just input the purlin size (web, height and lab) and required length, the PLC control system will finish all the rest things automatically. For standard machine with old design changed by spacers and manual measuring purlin length before cutting, it takes over 45 minutes to change production from one size to another size. So working efficiency increased 44times and reduce labor costs greatly.
