CZ Purlin Machine

Our C-to-Z Quick Change Purlin Machine(HAYES style quick change C&Z purlin line) simplifies operator involvement and dramatically cuts downtime associated with changeover adjustments. This special Quick Change feature allows operators to make profile, size, and even gauge changes – all without removing tooling or spacers. Ease of operation is matched by flexibility. With this CZ purlin machine, you can produce any size purlin that is within machine range. The complete purlin line includes decoiler,feeding and leveling device,rolling forming system, computer controlling system,hydraulic punching & cutting device and product support frame. Our machines are equipped with a computer controlling system. We simply program the pieces and length we need in the computer and the CZ purlin machine produces it automatically. The machines are easy to operate and running stable.
